In respect of property damage incidents, Robinson Buckley has authority to directly act for a number of insurers. Where this situation applies, we will inform you that we will be acting on behalf of the insurer, not yourselves, before your insurance arrangements are concluded and again at the point of claim.  Should this cause any conflict of interest then please let us know and all papers will be handed onto your insurer to deal with.
